Our practice

Connected capabilities.
Considered in context.

We assemble the right mix of engineering, discovery, acquisition and automation for each business. No service is a default add-on.

How we work02 / 12

A modular practice

Start with the business need.

We learn what you offer, who you serve, what is already in place and where the friction sits. Then we scope only the work that addresses it.

The sequence

From diagnosis to operation.

Every engagement defines dependencies, deliverables, costs, responsibilities and measures before work begins.

About Meninges Labs

What does Meninges Labs do?

Meninges Labs helps businesses connect digital engineering, search visibility, paid acquisition, AI automation and growth consulting into systems shaped around their needs.

What does “The Architecture of Autopilot” mean?

It describes the aim of connecting fragmented digital work into coordinated systems. It does not mean a business can operate without people or oversight.

Are you a website development agency?

Website development is one capability. We also work across search, paid media, automation and growth consulting when those services address the business need.

Who do you work with?

We are oriented toward established businesses with a product or service, a digital growth or operations need, and the capacity to act on additional demand.

Which industries do you serve?

Potential sectors include real estate, architecture and interiors, healthcare, manufacturing and hospitality. Fit depends on the specific business and requirements.

Do you work with startups?

We assess each enquiry on its goals, scope, current stage and ability to support the proposed work. There is no universal eligibility rule.

Do you only work with businesses in India?

The current contact number is an Indian number. Geographic availability and project requirements can be discussed when you get in touch.

What makes your approach different?

We consider how engineering, discovery, acquisition, conversion and operations relate to each other, then scope the relevant capabilities rather than defaulting to a fixed bundle.

Services & project scope

What services do you offer?

Digital engineering; search intelligence, including SEO, AEO and GEO; performance marketing; AI and workflow automation; and growth intelligence and consulting.

Do I need to buy all five service areas?

No. Engagements are modular. The work is scoped around the needs, dependencies and constraints of your business.

Can I hire you for just one service?

Yes. A project may focus on a single service where that is the right scope. We may identify dependencies or related opportunities during discovery.

Can you combine website development with SEO?

These capabilities can be combined when the project needs both. The scope should specify how technical implementation, content and ongoing optimisation are handled.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, optimisation or support can be scoped where appropriate. The proposal should state what is included and how it is delivered.

Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Potentially. We can discuss responsibilities, access, approvals and handoffs so the work fits with your existing partners and team.

Do you work with existing websites and systems?

Yes, subject to a review of the current setup, access, technical condition and the requirements of the work.

Can you take over an unfinished project?

We first need to review its current state, documentation, access, dependencies and outstanding work before confirming a scope.

Search, SEO, AEO & GEO

What is Search Intelligence?

It is our search practice: technical and on-page SEO, local presence, content architecture, structured data, AEO, GEO and search measurement.

Do you guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No. Rankings depend on competition, content quality, authority, technical conditions and search platform changes. We do not guarantee a specific position.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Timing varies by site condition, competition, scope and other factors. We can establish a baseline and review progress, but cannot promise a fixed result date.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO helps a business present accurate, useful information for location-related discovery. Work may include local pages and business-profile optimisation.

What is AEO?

Answer Engine Optimisation focuses on making relevant information clear and structured for experiences that respond directly to questions.

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimisation is work intended to improve how a business’s information can be understood and surfaced in generative search experiences.

Can you guarantee that AI tools will cite my business?

No. We cannot guarantee citations, mentions or visibility in any AI system. These platforms change and control their own outputs.

Do you create SEO content?

Content strategy and architecture are included in the search capability. Content production can be discussed and scoped based on expertise, review needs and volume.

Will structured data guarantee rich results?

No. Structured data describes eligible content; search platforms decide whether and how to display enhanced results. Markup must accurately reflect the page.

Can you improve an existing SEO setup?

Yes. An engagement can begin with a review of the site, current work, measurement and priorities before recommendations are agreed.

Marketing & measurement

Which advertising platforms do you support?

The brand materials identify Meta placements across Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads and, subject to availability and eligibility, ChatGPT advertising.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

Advertising budgets are normally paid by the client directly to the platform. The proposal should distinguish management fees from media spend and other costs.

Do you guarantee leads or sales from ads?

No. Campaign performance depends on the offer, audience, market, creative, destination, budget and other conditions. We do not guarantee lead volume, sales or return.

Can you help improve a landing page?

Landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation are part of the performance marketing capability and can be scoped alongside campaign work.

How do you measure campaign performance?

The measurement plan should define tracking, attribution, reporting and the outcomes relevant to the project. We agree these with you as part of scoping.

Who owns the advertising accounts?

The commercial materials recommend client-owned platform accounts wherever practical. Account access and ownership should be stated in the proposal.

Can you work with our current ad account?

Yes, subject to access and an initial review of its setup, tracking, history and any platform constraints.

Do you make campaign creative?

Creative direction and production coordination are listed capabilities. The specific deliverables and production responsibilities must be agreed in scope.

AI, automation & privacy

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Examples include enquiry response and routing, lead qualification, CRM updates, appointment scheduling, follow-ups and internal operational workflows.

Can an AI agent book appointments?

A workflow can support booking when it checks real availability and follows agreed rules. It must not invent slots or make commitments without authorisation.

Will an AI agent pretend to be a person?

No. Agents must not misrepresent themselves as human. Their identity and role should be clear in the experience.

Can you connect automation to our CRM?

CRM automation and integrations are listed capabilities. Feasibility depends on the CRM, API access, data model and workflow requirements.

Are AI usage fees included?

Not necessarily. Model, voice, messaging, telephony and other third-party usage may be billed separately. Scope should define included allowances and overage.

How do you handle consent for calls or messages?

Calling, recording, messaging and personal-data workflows need appropriate consent and must follow applicable privacy and telecom requirements. The workflow scope should address these requirements.

Does automation remove the need for staff?

Automation can reduce repetitive work, but systems need ownership, monitoring and human escalation paths. It is not a promise of operation without people.

Can an automated agent use our business information?

Agents should use information approved for that purpose and should be configured with clear limits and escalation paths.

Pricing, process & getting started

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the agreed scope, deliverables, dependencies, ongoing support and third-party usage. We prepare a proposal that separates relevant cost types.

Do you offer fixed packages?

The operating model is modular and needs-based, rather than requiring every client to purchase a predefined bundle.

How do you charge for projects?

Depending on the work, commercial models can include one-time project fees, monthly retainers, managed subscriptions and usage-based costs.

What happens during the first conversation?

We learn about your business, goals, audience, current systems and constraints to understand whether a useful next step can be defined.

What information should I prepare?

A short description of your offer, audience, goals, current digital setup, known bottlenecks, timing constraints and decision process is a helpful start.

What is your project process?

The proposed process is discover, diagnose, prioritise, design, scope, price, deploy, operate and optimise. The exact steps depend on the engagement.

How long does a project take?

Timeline depends on requirements, dependencies, approvals and access. It should be agreed in the project scope rather than assumed in advance.

What will you need from our team?

Typically, timely access, business information, a decision-maker, subject-matter input and review or approval according to the agreed scope.

Can we start with an audit or strategy engagement?

Yes. Audits and strategy work are among the listed project types and may help prioritise later implementation.

How do we get started?

Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone. Share a little about your business and what you want to improve, and we can discuss the next step.

Can you provide a written proposal?

A project proposal can define the agreed deliverables, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees and third-party costs.

Who owns the work and accounts?

Ownership, access, handover and third-party account arrangements should be made clear in the project agreement.

Are third-party tools and usage charges separate?

They may be. Proposals should state which third-party accounts are client-owned, what usage is included and how overages are handled.

Do you publish client results?

Project details and results should only be shared with client permission and supported by verifiable evidence.
