Can you provide a written proposal?
A project proposal can define the agreed deliverables, exclusions, timeline, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees and third-party costs.
Who owns the work and accounts?
Ownership, access, handover and third-party account arrangements should be made clear in the project agreement.
Are third-party tools and usage charges separate?
They may be. Proposals should state which third-party accounts are client-owned, what usage is included and how overages are handled.
Do you publish client results?
Project details and results should only be shared with client permission and supported by verifiable evidence.
