Human-led automation

Automate the repeatable

Good automation has clear boundaries and a human route.

Agents should rely on approved business information and real system availability. They should not invent appointment slots, make unauthorised commitments or misrepresent themselves as human.

AI, automation & privacy

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Examples include enquiry response and routing, lead qualification, CRM updates, appointment scheduling, follow-ups and internal operational workflows.

Can an AI agent book appointments?

A workflow can support booking when it checks real availability and follows agreed rules. It must not invent slots or make commitments without authorisation.

Will an AI agent pretend to be a person?

No. Agents must not misrepresent themselves as human. Their identity and role should be clear in the experience.

Can you connect automation to our CRM?

CRM automation and integrations are listed capabilities. Feasibility depends on the CRM, API access, data model and workflow requirements.

Are AI usage fees included?

Not necessarily. Model, voice, messaging, telephony and other third-party usage may be billed separately. Scope should define included allowances and overage.

How do you handle consent for calls or messages?

Calling, recording, messaging and personal-data workflows need appropriate consent and must follow applicable privacy and telecom requirements. The workflow scope should address these requirements.

Does automation remove the need for staff?

Automation can reduce repetitive work, but systems need ownership, monitoring and human escalation paths. It is not a promise of operation without people.

Can an automated agent use our business information?

Agents should use information approved for that purpose and should be configured with clear limits and escalation paths.
